Migrated secrets from HashiCorp Vault to OCI Vault, aligning with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure standards and reducing infrastructure maintenance costs.

Implemented new features including Project Deletion workflows and Notification template enhancements to meet security compliance requirements.

Reduced Service Request count from 70 per week to single digits by identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes.

Developed SQL data correction scripts to resolve existing corrupt data issues.

Improved Search Results Page (SRP) ranking by optimizing multiple ranking factors. Resulted in reduced paginated SRP calls and improved overall conversion time. Scaled the system from 10 RPM to 60+ RPM with good browse experience of our hotel catalogue.

Extensively used New Relic for API latency tracking and improvements. Created dashboards for API 5xx tracking.

Developed pipelines for email communication and PDF generation in a generic way for Hotel, Flight, and Credit card verticals.

Automated scripts to simplify common tasks and reduce manual effort like making hotels live or removing live hotels, fetching ratings necessary for ranking from third-party providers.
